We follow a consistent methodology for every bookmaker review. Each site is assessed across six criteria, with the final score reflecting our honest expert judgement.
- Account creation & verification — We register real accounts and go through KYC to assess the onboarding experience.
- eSports market depth — We check which games are covered, how many markets are available per match, and whether live betting is offered.
- Odds quality — We compare odds on the same events against at least three other bookmakers to assess margin and value.
- Bonus terms — We read the full bonus T&Cs, including wagering requirements, eligible markets, and time limits.
- Deposits & withdrawals — We test both directions with common payment methods and record the processing times.
- Customer support — We contact support with a real query and evaluate response time and quality.
